Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide clarity and confidence to our clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability.
We believe in open communication and fair practices, and our policy reflects our commitment to maintaining a positive and constructive relationship with our clients. All products and services are non-refundable. Services however, may be rebooked within 30 days of original date. We ask that you reschedule within 24 hours of appointment time. Appointments missed will be forfeited and another service and fee must be booked in order to recieve session.
